Foresthill Divide Little League: Registration Guidelines

| The first form below is the Registration Packet, it includes all the necessary documents.
REQUIRED FORMS TO REGISTER: - Player Registration Form (page 3 of packet) complete with initials where noted by stars,
- Payment/Signature Form (page 4) complete with signature,
- Medical Release Form (page 5 or separate attachment below) complete with signature, and a
- Volunteer Application Form (page 6) to be filled out by all parents, complete with a signature and a copy of volunteers drivers license.
TIPS:
You can fill out all forms with the exception of the registration form online (click on forms below) then print for signatures. Bring completed forms and payment to any scheduled walk-in registration (see information sheet (page 1). This year there will be no exception to submitting incomplete registration packets, including incomplete payment and/or volunteer & fundraiser assurance deposit . FDLL will NOT accept an incomplete registration packet until it is complete.
You can determine your players' "League Age" by accessing the Age Charts below. "League Age" is required on the registration form. The charts are different for baseball and softball so make sure you use the correct one.
Determine your players registration fee, see page 4 of the registration packet attached below.
NEW 5 & 6 YEAR OLD PLAYERS: If your player has never played before (or if you believe your returning player should stay in TeeBall), he/she is required to play TeeBall before moving onto the next level. Because we do not offer TeeBall in Girls' Softball, new softball players will play TeeBall in the Baseball Division this year.
