The pitching log sheet may be used to record and track the number of pitches delivered by each pitcher during the course of a game.

The Pitching eligibility log is used to keep an accurate record of a player's pitching eligibility. Each team manager should review this document with the opposing team's manager prior to the start of each scheduled game. Both teams will then have a clear understanding of which players are eligible to pitch in that game, and how many pitches each player is eligible to deliver.
