FCNLL provides tee ball, baseball, and softball programs for boys and girls who are age 4 through 18 years and legally reside within our league's boundary.  We are co-sponsored by Frederick County Parks and Recreation and are governed by the Board of Directors of the Frederick County National East and West Little Leagues.  FCNLL is part of Virginia' s District 3 in the Southern Region of Little League Baseball and Softball.

This Little League program is administered each season solely by volunteers.  Parents and/or guardians of children participating in the program are encouraged to perform in some type of volunteer capacity for the league.  Each new season brings forth the need for new coaches, umpires, concession stand assistance, and other important positions necessary for a successful season.  Please speak with one of our league officials and learn how you may assist in making this a fun, safe, and competitive program.

Map of Sherando Park

Sherando Park is our community park, so we all must help make it a great place to spend time with our families and friends.  Please be respectful of all other park patrons and always keep in mind that we are there for the benefit of the children.  Displays of good sportsmanship make every spectator's visit much more enjoyable and serve to teach the children playing the game a very valuable life lesson.

For safety sake, parents are reminded to keep a constant watch on their young children.  On many occasions there are multiple games being played simultaneously, and the spectator area encircled by the four fields tends to be a landing zone for many foul balls.  These foul balls could be coming in from a game other than the one you are watching, so please remain aware at all times.

The playing fields and building structures at Sherando Park (with the exception of the batting practice net and adjacent building) are maintained by the Frederick County Parks and Recreation Department, which co-sponsors this program.  This group works hard toward keeping everything at the park in good condition and we sincerely appreciate their efforts.  Please help keep your community park beautiful by kindly disposing of all trash into the proper receptacles after all practices and games.

Smoking is not permitted at any ball field.
Pets are not permitted on or within 50 feet of any ball field.
