FC Frederick Leagues: PentaLeague

The PentaLeague is our 5-a-side league (4 field players and a goalie). It is a co-ed league. We use the "Dual Field" format of organizing teams for their game day experience. Teams of 10-14 players are created and then divided in half to play their opponent who does the same. They will play on side-by-side fields approximately 25 yards by 35 yards each. One team will switch their "half" teams at halftime of the game so all the players play the "full" team of their opponent. Games are 4 - 10 minute quarters. No scores or standings are published for this league.
