The Memphis FCA Lady Eagles are a non-profit team formed for the purpose of providing a quality, Christ centered alternative for girls looking to play competitive basketball at the highest level. We are a registered FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) Huddle Group and incorporate life lessons based on Biblical principles into our coaching and regular "huddle" meetings. Our coaching staff has many years of AAU coaching experience including several state AAU Championships, top 25 national finishes and one AAU national championship.

Team Objectives:
 1. Teach every player the fundamentals of basketball and help them grow in their skill and enjoyment of the sport.
2. Use basketball as a vehicle to teach our girls life lessons and the power of the love of Jesus Christ.
 3. Help each player develop character, an understanding of sportsmanship and a respect for authority.
4. Help each player develop self-esteem and a sense of personal value in a team setting.

I am a Christian first and last. I am created in the likeness of God Almighty to bring Him glory. I am a member of Team Jesus Christ. I wear the colors of the cross. I am a competitor now and forever. I am made to strive, to strain, to stretch and to succeed in the arena of competition. I am a Christian Competitor and as such, I face my challenger with the face of Christ. Let the competition begin. Let the glory be God's.
