Site: Garden Lakes Elementary School - 10825 W GardenLakes Parkway - Avondale, AZ 85037
What to bring: Original and copy of birth certificate, copy of physical, copy of most recent utility bill (gas, water, electric and MUST be in the name of legal parent/guardian), player or cheerleader (for photo), and 2009/2010 full and complete report card (all 4 quarters). For signups prior to the end of the 2009-2010 school year, you will need the full report card prior to the start of the season.

The Far West Jets defeated the Lee's Summit Titans 6-0 to claim to 2009 national championship trophy.
Sunday, November 22
Far West Jets defeat the Lakeside Longhorns 22-0 to claim the Wescon Pee-Wee Division championship. Please wish the Jets luck as they are off to Orlando to begin their quest for the National Championship. The Jets have setup a donation website to help raise money for the trip.
