Each division has their own set of rules set forth by ELL local rules and Little League Baseball. See Local rules section on the left menu for clarification for ELL local rules. These guide lines are intended to give a brief overview of typical questions asked and rules that may be experienced while being involved in our league.
ELL has five different divisions. T-Ball and Rookie divisions teams are formed by placing players with player and coach requests, carpool requests and then random assignment so that players can be on teams with their friends as they begin their Little League experience.

It is mandatory that any Minor B, Minor A or Majors player who wishes to try out for all-stars attend the regular season tryout for that season, unless already a returning Majors player.
