OPTIONAL DECEMBER TRAINING

Optional training Program-  all players can choose to participate in a "play days" environment and/or participate in specific core training twice a week until December 17th. Players may also opt to take this time off to rest or do other activities.

Monday, December 21st / 14th Annual ECFC Holiday Jamboree for U-11 to U-15 Emerald City players at Magnuson Arena Sports.  

 

Sunday, January 10th / Emerald City will be hosting a lecture on concussions for parents and players. 

 

Save the Dates for Spring League Games & State Cup

When planning for 2010 please keep the following timelines and dates in mind. 

• We will begin practices for the spring season first week of January 2010. 
• The spring PDL season will begin sometime in late January 2010.  Which will bring us through March and up to state cup play. 
• We will be playing in the 2010 US Youth Soccer Washington State Championships Cup.  Please mark the following dates on your calendars.  We will not be able to make use of the player pass during state cup and will need our full roster.  

Prelims - Mar 13, 20, Apr 10/11,Apr 17/18

Elimins (if necessary) - Apr 24

Quarters - Apr 24/25

Semis - May 1

Finals - May 2
