Registration Dates for the Spring 2010 Season

LOCATION
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING at A.F. VETERAN PARK
11 Olympic Lane, Ardsley, NY 10502 (Heatherdell Rd. opposite McDowell Field)
A parent or guardian must accompany each child.After January 12, 2009, all registrants will be placed ON A WAITING LIST.If space becomes available a $25 late registration fee will be added.
ELIGIBILITY
Any child born between 5/1/1997 and 4/30/2004 and residing within league boundaries is eligible to play. Specific team placement is not guaranteed.
***IMPORTANT***: PROOF OF AGE and RESIDENCY required for players. Bring birth certificate or passport and a recent utility/phone bill. Driver licenses or P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable.

Financial consideration is available to those qualified and will be discretely dispensed.
Ask to speak to a Board member during Registration.
RAFFLE REFUND
RAFFLE REFUND
As part of the fee, each family receives ten $5 raffle tickets. Families earn the $50 refund by selling the tickets and keeping the proceeds.
VOLUNTEERS
Parents/Guardians can volunteer for Managing, Coaching, Umpiring, Player Evaluations and Field Maintenance at Registration. Umpire-training provided. Volunteers undergo a background check for child-abuse offenses.
EVALUATIONS
Sun., Jan. 31, at Woodlands H.S. gym. Get appointment at Registration.
SAVE TIME! Returning players will receive an e-mail with pre-populated Registration and blank Medical forms. Returning players without an e-mail address and all new players can check the “Handouts” section of the ELL website for downloadable blank forms you can print and complete before Registration (www.elmsfordlittleleague.org).
