LATE REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING 2012 SEASON IS STILL OPEN
Registration Fee: Juniors & Seniors = $175
Majors, AAA, AA, A & Clinic = $150
Family Discount: The oldest child is the price above, and each
additional sibling is $50.
Please add $25 per child for late registration fee.
Please send your registration form, medical release form, copy of birth certificate, proof of residence (utility bill) and check to:
