Update !!!!
Trash Bag Fund-raiser is underway –
- Trash bags are $10 per roll
- Please try to stick to cash only, however we will accept checks made out to KC Matrix (this is to prevent having to get Della involved in keeping track of monies received for trash bags)
- Money and order is due to Coach Betty by June 1, 2012.
- Trash bags will be delivered by June 15, 2012
- Profit will be 40% – 50%.....of course we want to aim for the 50%

Please let Coach Betty know ASAP if you need a room. She will be sending a spreadsheet to the hotel so they will know who to expect and how many rooms. You will be responsible for calling the hotel to get the $65 group rate, but your name needs to be on the list. Coach Betty’s email is BOOPBENNETT@YAHOO.COM or you can call her at 816-520-6114. She will need your name and your child’s name.
WICHITA TOURNAMENT – I have set aside 20 rooms at the Wichita Inn East for the Wichita, KS. This is where we stayed last year for this same tournament. The people were nice and even put up a sign to welcome the Running Angels outside. The rate for the room is $55. I will be calling them next week to try and negotiate a lower rate.
There are 700 teams in this tournament, so rooms are scarce and expensive.

SCHEDULES – Everyone should have the summer schedule. If there are dates that you will not be able to attend, please let Coach Betty know ASAP. She will coordinate with your coaches to let them know what their rosters are looking like for each tournament.
OTHER FUND-RAISERS
· If you wish to order candy, please see Coach Erica. You will need to pay $26 for the box of candy and your profit will be $24 once you sell all the candy. She needs those orders by next Thursday.
· We will also have a Bowling Fund-raiser in Independence at Strike N Spare. Coach Troy is planning this. The date has not been set yet…..more to come.
Remember Della is a Non-Profit Organization, so if you know individuals with businesses or wok for a company that would be willing to contribute to the organization, their gift would be tax deductible.
