9/10 All-Star Coach and Player Selection By-Laws
1.      AAA Head Coach with the best regular season record, not already coaching the 10/11 All-Star team has the first option to coach the 9/10 All-Star team.
2.      Head Coach may choose assistant coaches.  If the All-Star team has 12 players, only one Assistant coach is allowed.  If the team has 13 players, two Assistant coaches are allowed.
3.      Assistant coaches must have coached a AAA or Major League team.   
4.      Head Coaches of Major and AAA teams will meet with the Player Agent separately during the week prior to announcing the All-Star team to discuss which players should be selected.  After the Majors coaches have chosen the players from the Majors division that will play on the 10/11 and 9/10 teams, all remaining roster spots will be filled with AAA players, chosen by the AAA Head Coaches. The coaches will have statistical backing for their choices.
5.      Player Agent only acts as a proctor for the selection, he does not have a vote or any influence in the decision.  The Coaches decisions will be final. 
6.      Selected players may be asked to play on Sundays.
7.     The 9/10 All-Star team will be announced at the closing day ceremonies.
