1. Major League Head Coach with the best regular season record will be given the first opportunity to be the Head Coach of the Majors 11/12 All-Star Team. 2. If the first-place coach refuses, the 2nd place Head Coach has the option. If 1st and 2nd refuse, 3rd place, then 4th. If no Majors coach accept the position, the 1st place AAA Head Coach has first option, then 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th.3. Head Coach may choose the assistant coaches. If the All-Star team has 12 players, only one Assistant coach is allowed. If the team has 13 players, two assistants are allowed. 4. Assistant coaches must have coached for a Major League team (head or assistant) with the exception as above in #2. 5. At least one player from each Major League team will play on the Majors All-Star team. 6. Head Coaches will meet with the Player Agent during the week prior to announcing the All-Star team to discuss which players should be selected. The coaches will bring statistical information with them to the player selection.
7. At the meeting the Coaches will determine who will be invited to play on the All-Star team. The Coaches decisions will be final. Player Agent only acts as a proctor for the selection, he does not have a vote or any influence in the decision. 8. Selected players may be asked to play on Sundays. 9. Major League players are available for consideration for all 3 All-Star teams (11/12, 10/11 and 9/10). 10. The Majors All-Star team will be announced at the closing day ceremonies.
