Easterns Baseball: Welcome
We are a Baseball association who has 6 clubs affiliated to it. The clubs are based on the East Rand in the Ekurhuleni Metro pole. We have been operating since 1991 with our HQ at Cardinals Baseball club.

Red Sox * Kempton Park. Green street
Royals * Elsburg
Stealers * Springs
All the clubs have Senior Leagues, Indians, Red sox, Cardinals and Astros have both Senior and Junior Leagues played at their clubs.

Saturday, September 26
Training has begun for all Easterns Junior players from under 10, under 12, under 14, under 16 and under 18. The training is on a rotation basis with Cardinals 12 September, Indians 26 September and Red Sox on 3 October.
Please check with your relevant Junior Chairman of the clubs for attendance. All existing Easterns players and new players are welcome at these sessions. The sessions run from 9:00 am till 13:00 pm.
Friday, May 22
The Easterns Senior Side are now the National Champions for 2009. The last time they did this was in 2004. They beat Gauteng in the final frame 10-8. Well done team

Congratulatiuons to the following five players who have been selected to the South African National team which leaves on Sept 6 to play in Spain. This is the IBAF 2009 Baseball World Cup event from 9 - 21 September
