You no longer need to sign the scoresheet prior to the game. When you arrive, simply put a check mark in the margin next to your name to indicate that you're playing in that night's game.

SUBSTITUTES (INCLUDING GOALIES): If you are subbing for a team, please PRINT your name in one of the blank spaces provided, and write down your jersey number.
