All managers and coaches must complete and submit:

1. A copy of your drivers license.
2. A Little League Volunteer Application (Download Here)
3. A Hillsborough County Volunteer Application (Download Here)
4. A background check authorization for (Download Here)
5. Once you've passed the background check you must do one of the following before you can obtain your coaching badge:
   • Attend a Hillsborough County Coaches class:  For schedule and information: (Click Here)

OR

• • Take the N.A.Y.S. Online Class:  As an alternative to the Hillsborough County Coaching classes, you may choose to take an online course offered by the National Alliance for Youth Sports.  The cost is $25.00 and is good for 1 year.  You must have your certificate of completion to obtain your coaching badge from the county.  (The certificate is sport specific and must be for Baseball.  NAYS certificates for other sports are not acceptable.) 
    • Go to the N.A.Y.S . "Coaching Youth Basebaseball Website" (Click Here)
    • Click "Join Now" on the left side of the site.
    • Follow instructions to sign up, being sure to choose "Baseball" as the sport.
    • Once you've signed up and completed the course, print your certificate to present to the county.
