The ECC Youth Football Association is made up entirely of volunteers.  We cannot run this organization without your help.  Below is a list of some of our volunteer positions.  If interested please contact any Board Member:

Volunteer Positions

• Team Parent - Must be on the field during all scheduled practices. Sets up team email list and works with coaches to communicate information (practices, games, reminders, events, fundraisers, etc). Collects, confirms amounts, and turns in all money to the Treasurer, Kelly Queen for ECC merchandise, banquet, etc. Sets snack and drink schedules if individual teams choose to have one, works as a liaison to parents, players, ECC Board Members as directed by the team's Head Coach. Need atleast one Team Parents per team.
• Team Sportswriter/Photographer - Prepares and submits brief summaries and game day action shots (via email only; digital photos only) about their team's game to the Kelly Queen by the Tuesday at 10:00 am following that weekend's game. This will be posted on the website.  All entries subject for review and approval prior to posting on website.  Please note, per the ECC Parent Policy Handbook, participant's photos are authorized to be posted, unless written consent is denied.
• Team Equipment Manager - Assists the team's coaching staff and ECC's equipment manager in solving the team's equipment needs. Liaison between the ECC Equipment Manager, WHO IS THE EQUIPMENT MANAGER and the team. Keeps the team equipment box and medical kit fully stocked.
• Game Day Chain Gang - The home team must provide the chain gang. There are three people needed, two for chains and one for the down marker.
• Team Time/Score Keeper - We have an electronic clock/scoreboard that we use for our home games. This person(s) should know the Official's signals in order to keep accurate time.
• Team Play Counter - Stands in the coaches box during games and marks the number of plays each player has played up to the required number of plays. 
• Game Day Concessions -- need atleast 2 volunteers (18 or older) to help work concessions during a game.  Often parents can help do this for the game before or after their child's game.
