The East Austin Youth Foundation, a non-profit 501(c) 3 corporation, has been serving the East Austin community for 35 years. The organization has been working with at-risk youth between ages 5-12 since 1971 and continues to play a big role in the community today. EAYF has continuously worked to promote the importance of leadership and the value of self-worth through academics and athletics. There have been many volunteers to work with this program and they all have the same goal in mind: to help the children and families of this community to continue to grow into positive and successful adults and citizens that are ready to take on any challenge they may face.

The following list indicates the schools that we support in the East Austin area, although many children participate from other areas in central Texas.

Elementary schools:  Blackshear; Brooke; Campbell; Govalle; Maplewood; Metz;  Norman; Oak Springs; Ortega; Sanchez; Sims; and Zavala

Middle Schools:   Kealing and Martin

Del Valle School District

South Austin east of IH 35
