Spring 2010 Snack Bar Policy
The Snack Bar policy for our 2010 Spring Season is as follows:
- There is a mandatory $50.00 Snack Bar Deposit for all Divisions of Play except the Juniors Division. The Snack Bar Deposit is required of all parents or guardians unless the $100.00 Snack Bar Buy-Out option has been chosen. If your Family Snack Bar Obligation has been satisfied, then you may obtain a refund of your Snack Bar Deposit by requesting such a refund from our Registration Chairman by June 30. If you do not make such a request, your Snack Bar Deposit will be donated to the EALL Field Up-Keep Fund.
- The Family Snack Bar Obligation requires all parents or guardians to work at the Snack Bar for a minimum of two games during the season unless the $100.00 Snack Bar Buy-Out option has been chosen. If your Family Snack Bar Obligation has not been satisfied, then replacement workers may be hired and your Snack Bar Deposit will be forfeited. If your Family Snack Obligation has been satisfied, you may request a refund of your Snack Bar Deposit by contacting our Registration Chairman by June 30. If you do not make such a request, your Snack Bar Deposit will be donated to the EALL Field Up-Keep Fund.
- The $100.00 Snack Bar Buy-Out excuses parents or guardians from their Family Snack Bar Obligation.
