Monday, July 9 E.A.S.T. Joins East Alabama Soccer League Welcome to another season of soccer at E.A.S.T. Soccer Club. We are pleased to announce that E.A.S.T. will now be affiliated with East Alabama Soccer League rather than our previous affiliation with Central Alabama Soccer League. The Executive Committee of E.A.S.T. Soccer Club feels that this change in league affiliation will be positive for all U-10 and older teams adding additional games, tournaments, and competition. U6 and U8 players and games will continue to be intramural and will not change. We will have at least 3 away games, with the farthest possibility being Anniston. We look forward to a positive relationship with the clubs which comprise EASL including Moody, Anniston, Adamsville, Coosa, and Pell City as well as the recent addition of the Leeds Soccer Club and the possibility of other local clubs joining. Please feel free to visit EASL on the web at www.eastalsoccerleague.com. Please let any of your Executive Committee members know if you have any questions regarding our new league affiliation. We will do all we can to answer any questions you may have. Ray Carvalho, Director Robin Scott, Registrar/Secretary/Treasurer Thursday, August 17 ATTENTION COACHES Please work together on utilizing field space available and be considerate of other teams by beginning and ending your practices on time. Questions about practice times and field assignments should be directed to Janet Winfrey, Field Manager (205)681-4926. Thursday, August 17 KEEP YOUR PARK CLEAN ATTENTION coaches, players and parents - PLEASE help keep our park clean by picking up all trash and storing away equipment after every practice and game. This is a very simple, yet effective way to help our park look its best. Even if you do not have time to coach or serve on the board, helping keep our park clean is a HUGE help and is greatly appreciated! Wednesday, July 19 AGE REQUIREMENTS WHAT IS TOO YOUNG ????
