Fill out paper order form or do it online beforehand: Go to www.snapactionpix.com, click “Prepay,” then enter ENLL18 as the login. Be sure to print your confirmation email to give the Snap team on Picture Day.

Parent responsibilities for games
Coach/Team Parent Responsibilities for Games
Prior to the Start of the Season
The Team Parent must create a Team Schedule that includes the team’s game schedule, Snack Stand schedule (if applicable), Field Duties (if applicable) and team snack responsibilities for each game. A copy of your schedule should be dropped off at the appropriate Snack Stand and emailed to Debbie Smith (email@example.com) prior to the start of the season.
Regular Season Games
The Home team must recruit 2 volunteers for Snack Stand duty for each home game. Volunteers must be there 15 minutes prior to the game to help open the Snack Stand. The two parents should split the time in the Snack Stand with one parent working the first half of the game and the other working the second half of the game. Following the game both assigned Snack Stand volunteers should assist with the cleaning and closing of the stand. Note: Games WILL NOT START until the Home team has coverage in the Snack Stand.
A volunteer from the Visiting team must put liners in two trash cans and place the trash cans near the dugouts at the field. Following the game, the volunteers must empty the trash cans in the dumpster unless there is game following. The liners are in the snack bar.
To ensure that all parents get to see their kids play during the playoffs, Snack Stand and Field Duties should be divided equally between the Home and Visiting teams.
Both teams must cover the Snack Stand, with the Home team covering the first 3 innings and the Visiting team covering the last 3 innings. There should be 2 workers in the Snack stand at all times. The Team parent should decide how to provide the coverage.
While optional, most teams like to provide a team snack following games. It is suggested that the Team Parent assign each player’s family a ‘snack’ game. Note: Team Snacks tickets may be purchased at the Snack Stand (this will entitle each child to get a one food item, Hot dog, pretzel, popcorn or chips and one drink, a soda or Powerade). The price for teams snacks are $1.50 a ticket. Snack tickets must be placed by the end of the third inning or mid-way during the game.

Grading Day information
Be sure to bring your Little Leaguers to Grading Day on Sunday, February 18, at the Norristown Area High School gym.
All players age 7-14, as determined by Little League Baseball®, must appear at Grading Day. Specific times are below.
Please be sure your Little Leaguer is wearing sneakers – no cleats! – and is equipped to hit, run, throw, field & pitch (American, National, & Junior Leagues only).
Based on grade, players may be assigned to a lower division than their age warrants so that they can play most safely. To be clear - this is NOT a "tryout" and no one is 'cut'. Rather, Grading Day is a skills assessment that coaches and commissioners can use to assemble balanced, competitive teams for each division.
1:00 p.m. – ALL PLAYERS with a date of birth between 9/1/09-8/31/11 (Minor League)
2:00 p.m. – ALL PLAYERS with a date of birth between 9/1/07-8/31/09 (American League)
3:00 p.m. – ALL PLAYERS with a date of birth between 9/1/03-8/31/07 (National & Junior Leagues)
*** February 18 is the FINAL day for players to register ***
*** Families that haven’t submitted complete paperwork for their players – including birth certificates for all players – should do so by FEBRUARY 18 so that the player is eligible to be assigned to a team. ***
While at Grading Day ...
> Learn about the new bat standard -- and try out some new bats -- courtesy of GM Sports!
> Pick up your raffle tickets (part of your registration). Sell them to friends, colleagues, and family before Opening Day! (Or keep them for yourself for chance to win big!)
Finally, please bring equipment in good condition to donate for our Opening Day used equipment sale. You'll help a family out and help raise funds for ENLL!
