ENLL Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 14, and Jennifer Bowman is spearheading the Opening Day Committee. The committee's responsibility is to make sure that Opening Day runs smoothly from start to finish. There is a planning meeting scheduled for January 24 at 7pm at Facenda Whitaker Bowling Lanes (mtg. room #4). Please try to attend this meeting. As you know, ENLL is an organization run solely by volunteers and can only continue to succeed with your help. Below are just a few of the tasks that need to be organized:
- Preparation of the Opening Day booklet
- Organization and construction of Basket Raffles
- Set up and maintenance of Basket Raffle Table
- Set up and maintenance of Bake Sale Table
- Set up and maintenance of Ticket Table
- Parking Lot Management (line up teams for introduction, monitor incoming cars/parking)
Please e-mail Jenn at jbowman1994@gmail.com if there is something for which you'd like to volunteer, but you're unable to attend the meeting or if you would just like more information on volunteering.
Thank you - and hope to see you at the meeting on January 24!
