Kris Quinonez, long time past president of Escondido National, lost her bout with cancer on Feb. 1.
Kris was ENLL's president for many years and was an outstanding volunteer for not only ENLL, but for District 31, and Little League.
Our deepest condolences go out to her family and friends in the community. She touched many lives in Little League and will not be forgotten.
Services will be held on March 8 at Community Lutheran Church in Esconddio.
ENLL players and families raised more than $700 for the Quinonez family during Opening Day Ceremonies. Congratulations to the family of David Medina, who won nearly $245 via the 50/50 raffle.
