2013 Registration Information and Dates

 Dates:     May 13th 2013 – Veterans    6-8pm… Jamison Road Fire Hall

               May 15th 2013 – Everyone  6-8pm… Jamison Road Fire Hall

               June 12th 2013 – Everyone  6-8pm… Jamison Road Fire Hall

• Football players weight is required at registration (bring player if possible).

• Bring your physician signed physical dated 8/1/2012 or later (if possible).

• Copy of Birth Certificate.

• Registration fees due at time of signup are:
  •  $90 / 1 child,
    
  • $180 / 2 children,
    
  • $240.00 / 3+ children.

• Football Jersey fee due at time of signup is $60.

• Separate $75.00 check returned after volunteering and ALL equipment is turned in!    Postmarked for 1-11-14 (Banquet Date).

• $30.00 buyout for candy sale or you can sell 1 box of candy per family.

• New Cheerleaders ~ be prepared to purchase warm-up suit, sneakers, crop top and spankies.  All purchases will be made through the organization.  Approximately $150.00

Practice begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Creek Road Park.

Please join us for a brief mandatory parents meeting starting at 6:00 pm.
