EM1 YOUNG ATHLETE BASE TRAINING (AGES 11 AND UNDER)

EM1 YOUNG ATHLETE BASE CAMPS
TRAINING FUNDAMENTAL ATHLETIC CORE STRENGTH, SPEED AND SKILL

Science has proven that ages 11 and under are the most critical years in a child's life for motor skill development. EM utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete’s physical foundation, improve coordination and self esteem through fundamental speed and strength training methods.

Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long led by our certified trainers.  Training focuses on speed development, body weight strength training, endurance and flexibility.

Every young athlete will be assessed for class placement.

EM YOUNG ATHLETE TRAINING SESSIONS WILL FOCUS ON COORDINATION, RUNNING TECHNIQUE, BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVE QUICKNESS, FLEXIBILITY, INJURY PREVENTION AND SELF CONFIDENCE.
