At EM we define Athleticism as a combination of 3 key ingredients, Explosive Power, Speed, and Agility . The EM Philosophy is a simple one - Athletes must work to increase the performance level of each key ingredient at the highest level, hence a stronger, faster and more powerful athlete will emerge.

SPEED
The Speed and Enhanced Plyometric Program
concentrates on developing the Agility of our athletes through a combination of sprint, change of direction, jumps, foot work, and balance drills. The goal is to re-train the athlete how to run, jump and change direction in balance, explosively and in a manner as to prevent injury while moving faster than the competition. EM programs are the same training currently used by NCAA, MLB, NFL, MLS, AVL, NBA collegiate and professional teams. The belief is that the athlete’s coordination and physical abilities need to be challenged outside of their normal field of play. This program is the key ingredient in the success of our athletes.


POWER AND STRENGTH

The Strength and Flexibility Program will concentrate on developing Explosive Power with increased range of motion. Our athletes will train in the weight room in specific sessions three routines a year, Off Season, Pre-Season and In Season. It is a fact that with EM and your effort - you will run faster, jump higher, hit harder and have a greater range of motion.

AND NUTRITION
The Nutritional Program will concentrate on supporting the amount of training the athlete is going to undertake and helping enhance the performance levels of the athlete. We believe in balanced diets consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, amino acids.. There will be nutritional assessments done before training to determine if the athlete needs to increase in size and weight or in many cases needs to lose weight. Each athlete’s diet will be developed to meet specific needs.
