EM SPEED AND POWER TRAINING has team and individual programs designed to increase speed, power and agility no matter what your athletic level or where you are because WE COME TO YOU.  We are a community based business dedicated to the improvement of the athletes in the Inland Empire.  EM's training program is specifically designed to drastically improve the bodies explosive performance and resistance to injury by using sports specific 'explosive speed and power training'.  Our Certified Speed, Strength and Conditioning Trainers come to your site and guide you through NCAA and professional sports strength and conditioning workouts that include enhanced plyometrics, explosive weight training regimens, resistance training, muscle specific training equipment, and performance analysis.  If you are committed and have the desire, our trainers will help you reach your athletic potential and you will see measurable improvements in the explosive speed, agility, power and strength you need to perform at the highest levels of your sport.
