EHS Soccer: 2014 Orange & Black Scrimmage

TIME:   Gates open at 4:30pm, Scrimmages begin around 6:00pm

LOCATION:  EHS Sports Complex

 

 

The scrimmage is EHS Boys Soccer Team’s first event of the season and parents are encouraged to attend. 

Besides being able to watch intra-squad scrimmages, parents will need to:

 

 

1.  Pay $45.00 Booster Club Dues

 

2.  Pay Deposit ($50 FROSH, $100 VAR/JV) for Game Jerseys (separate check, check returned when Jersey(s) returned)

 

3.  Sign up to volunteer on committees / events

  • Senior Night
  • Banquet
  • Trivia Night
  • Fundraising / Service Projects
  • Team Dinners
  • Team Coodinators
  • Parades

4.  Sign up to volunteer for concession stand 

  • Atleast one parent of each family must work the concession stand during one home game
  • Sign up for a V, JV, or FR level game.  We do not want you to work during your son's games.
  • A total of 8 parents are needed for each  JV / Varsity game, and 2 parents for each Freshmen Game

5.  Pick up soccer apparel from on-line ordering period

6.  Turn in Glen-Ed Food Pantry Items

 

8.  AGENDA for O & B Scrimmage 

  • 4:30pm - Gates Open
  • 4:30pm - 6:15 - Committee & Concession Sign-Up / Fees / Apparel / Food Drive Turn-In
  • 5:00pm - Concessions Open (provided by EHS Cheerleaders)
  • 6:00pm - Freshmen Intra-Squad Scrimmage (25 Minute Halves) 
  • 7:00pm - Glen-Ed Pantry Presentation
  • 7:15pm - JV vs Varsity Scrimmage (35 Minute Halves)
