2015 SUMMER WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Weight Training Schedule 

Jun 8 - Jul 29  

Mon & Wed (1:15 pm - 2:00pm)

 

Scrimmage Schedule 

 Jun 3 1:00-2:00

Jun 4 - Jul 30

Tue & Thur (1:00- 2:00)

Players should be there 10 to 15 minutes early to stretch. 

 

High School Camp 

July 13-17

(6:00pm - 8:00pm)

Players planning to attend camp must register with Coach. 

EACH PLAYER MUST COMPLETE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT SHEET (see Handouts Section) for Coach

 

Continue to check back for additions / changes to Scrimmage Schedule:

 

PER COACH:

Players are not required to make all scrimmages (not mandatory).  Do not change vacation plans or other quality family time in order to make a scrimmage date.  Please make time to be with your family this summer.
