2013 SUMMER WORKOUT SCHEDULE

Weight Training Schedule
1:15pm to 2:00pm @ EHS Small Gym, Upstairs Balcony Weight Room
Scrimmage Schedule
1:00pm to 2:30pm @ EHS Sports Complex.
Players should be there 10 to 15 minutes early to stretch.
High School Camp
6:00pm to 8:00pm @ EHS Sports Complex.
Players planning to attend camp must register with Coach.
EACH PLAYER SHOULD COMPLETE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT SHEET (Handouts Section) for Coach

Players are not required to make all scrimmages (not mandatory). Do not change vacation plans or other quality family time in order to make a scrimmage date. Please make time to be with your family this summer.
