Sponsorship/Fundraising update:
We are happy to announce that we have sold all of our Team Sponsorships, with more hoping to be able to be a Grand Slam Sponsors if we can field more teams. We are still in need of Home Run Sponsors; if you know of any business owners who may be interested, please forward the committee their information and we will reach out to them immediately.
Thank you to everyone who has come out in support of our Fundraising efforts so far; we have had decent turnouts so far. We would love to see EVERYONE join us for the last 3.
Tuesday February 22nd WOW Wings will hold another fundraiser for us. WOW is also holding a raffle to help raise funds for our new batting cage; each ticket is $5.00 or 6 for $25.00, they have generously donated 25 pounds of wings to the winner. You do not have to take all 25 pounds at a time. You can get them in any amount you wish and there is no expiration. Even if you can’t make it out to eat feel free to stop in purchase your tickets.
Monday March 7th we will be enjoying lunch and dinner from Starvin Marvin’s. All day long either dine in or carryout. Just tell them you are part of the East Frederick family and 20% goes to the kids.
How’s this for convenience? Stop by Smoothie King anytime during the weekend of March 19th grab a smoothie and any of their supplements and a portion will be donated to us. Again just mention East Frederick and they do the rest. Coupons will be accepted however your sale will not be eligible for the fundraiser.
