US Lacrosse Code of Conduct
To all players, parents, coaches, please read the US Lacrosse Code of Conduct . Help us to foster a postive environment for our children and a healthy foundation for the growth of the great game of lacrosse in RI - an "uncompromising respect for rules, opponents, officials, teammates, and tradition".
Positive Coaching Alliance "Honor the Game"
RILAX and EBBCLA have adopted the philosophy of the PCA, a nonprofit organization based at Stanford University with the mission to ‘transform youth sports so sports can transform youth’. Many of our EBBCLA coaches have attended the PCA Workshop for learning the "Double-Goal Coach" model of coaching which focuses on providing young athletes the opportunity for a positive, character-building experience.
