The Origin of Eager Beaver - 1955.
The London Free Press reported on February 22nd, 1955 that " the objective of the association ( Eager Beaver) is to implant in the boys of the community, the ideals of good sportmanship, honesty, loyalty , courage and reverance, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier boys and will grow to be good clean, healthy men."
Frank Colman was the first president of Eager Beaver Baseball.
