East Syracuse Youth Day Picnic

WHEN:                                Saturday August 22, 2009 –  12:00 noon – 5:00 pm

WHERE:                              East Syracuse Elementary School Field (Irving Street) 

WHAT IS THIS:          This event is to help children from preschool to elementary get the school supplies they need.  Backpacks will be given out filled with school supplies to each registered child that attends the event, Food & refreshments will be served

WHAT DO I DO:           Just be sure to fill out the bottom portion of this form to register  your child and return it to school.  Then have your child bring a copy of their June report card with them to the event for sign in and registration.  Individual forms must be filled out for each  student who is registering.

COST:                               This event is absolutely FREE.  **
