MISSION STATEMENT
The Dynasty Gold Girls Fast Pitch Softball Teams Mission is to develope and deliver a premier girls softball program (using any and all interested players),through practices, league games, double headers and tournaments
Dynasty Gold Philosophy
A. All players, parents,and coaches will be treated with respect by
all players, parents and coaches.
B. Since the Team's mission is to deliver a premier girls softball
program, the only playing time guaranteed to any player is
during practice. Game play and tournament play is totally at the
discretion of the team manager and coaches.
C. The philosophy of the head coach/manager (Dave Clark)concerning playing time is as follows: a. loyalty, b. coming to games and practices, c. ability-skills, d. signed contracts (Player Agreements), e. paying of fees, f. respect, g. must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA in school.
NOTE: (not necessarily in correct order).
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
A. Developing basic organizational guildlines
B. Developing girls to play softball at the highest level in the nation
C. Developing girls to play softball against the best teams in the nation AND be rated among them.
D. Participating in at least one(1) or (2)tournaments per month.
E. Developing a snack bar account which would pay for umpires, uniforms and team extras.
F. Developing a strong parent support group, including a team coordinator and team mothers.
