In the 1999-2000 campaign, Durfee had its best season in school history posting an 18-2-0 (W-L-T) record. They also captured the Big Three Conference Championship with a 4-0-0 record. After an opening day loss, Durfee rolled off 18 straight wins before dropping a 3-2 double overtime decision to Framingham in the second round of the Division One South State Tournament.
