Pitchers may pitch a maximum combined total of 6 innings in any 2 consecutive games regardless
of interval between games
NO PITCH COUNTS ARE KEPT – teams are required to keep track in their scorebooks of
pitchers innings pitched to be examined by tournament officials and opponents upon request
A full inning is charged to a pitcher when they throw 1 pitch to a batter in an inning – including a
warm up pitch
No pitcher may return to mound after being relieved
The 3rd visit to the mound in 1 inning must result in the pitcher being removed from that
position
The 4th visit to a pitcher during the course of a game must result in the pitcher being removed
from that position
A runner will be called out if they do not slide or avoid a collision with a defensive player
With 2 outs the catcher may be pinch run for at the discretion of the manager of the offensive
team
The pinch runner must be the player that made the last batted out

RULES FOR THE TOURNAMENT:
In general, Regular Season Little League rules are followed – with the following exceptions:
The 13U & 14U Divisions will follow Senior League Rules
Manning Tournament Pitching Rules (12U and below)
8 year olds are only allowed to throw 50 pitches in a game maximum.
"SLIDE OR AVOID" while base running
"Hurry-Up" Rule
