Welcome to the MSU Moorhead Dragon Volleyball Camp

 

 

 

The Minnesota State University Moorhead is putting on two volleyball camps this year. The first is an individual camp and the second is an advanced team camp. Our camp features the help of two collegiate level coaches, high school coaches and several collegiate level volleyball players. During the individual camp we will break down into groups by positions and refine some of your skills. Then come back together and play a mini tournament.

 

Our team camp will offer your team a dynamic and fun way to improve your team's skill level and playing techniques. The coaching staff will evaluate your teams specific needs in the first day of camp, breaking down the techniques of passing, defense, hitting, setting, serving, blocking, and more. On the second day, each team will be assigned to a specific coach who will then focus on the team aspects of volleyball, which includes serve receive, team offense and defense, and other skills that well make your team a better competitor for the future seasons to come. The third day is devoted to playing, playing and more playing! We include in our camp a mini tournament between each team.
