League By Laws and Code of Conduct

The Executive Board recently revised and adopted updated By Laws and also adopted a comprehensive Code of Conduct.  Both documents are available through the "Handout" link below.

All participants (volunteers, Board memebrs, managers, coaches, players and parents) will be required to read and sign a copy of the Code of Conduct.  This establishes the expectations for behaviors and the consequences of not complying with the Code.

This process will ensure that the high quality of the Dover Baseball experience continues.
