Fill it out online, print it, sign it and bring it with you to registration along with the volunteer application if you plan on helping out. Registration fees are as follows:
Tee-Ball & Farm $25.00
ALL other divisions $40.00
there is a $35.00 deposit required per family, you can get your deposit back if you volunteer.
You will need to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and a copy of your drivers license.
