Athletic Association Bylaws
St. Dorothy's Athletic Association Board adopted the attached bylaws on April 20, 2006. Elections for 3 board positions will be held in May of 2007.

The following ammendment was approved at the Athletic Association Board Meeting held on March 21, 2007:

Elections:

Terms for all board members will be four years. There are no term restrictions.

Elections for new Board Members will be held on a yearly basis.

KEEP THE CURRENT WORDING IN THE BYLAWS LAST 4 PARAGRAPHS HERE. Change the wording in the next to last paragraph by removing the word four.

Active board members will elect the Officers for the Board. The positions are: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The term for these positions is four years. One position will be eligible for reelection each year – year one: President, year two: Vice President, year three: Treasurer, year four: Secretary. Nominees for these positions must complete one year of service as an active board member. Elections will be held in a closed session after the May Board Member Election. In the event of a position being vacated due to resignation or end of term, a special election will be held at the next Board Meeting.
