Dix Hills Basketball is a Youth Boys & Girls program / league that supports the children in the Half Hollow Hills School District and surrounding communities. We are a not-for-profit organization that provides instructional training for Kindergarten thru 2nd grade, and provides an Intramural / Travel program for 3rd to 12th graders. We also offer a Challenger Program for children with special needs.

Instructional, Challenger and Intramural End of Season Plans
The DHBA Instructional and Challenger programs have their final session on Saturday, 10-March. There will be refreshments and trophy ceremonies after each regularly scheduled session (see the attached flyer).
The DHBA Intramural playoff schedules are now posted on the website. Playoffs will culminate with our annual Championship Sunday (18-March) which includes the Championship/Consolation games in each division followed by BBQ and trophy ceremonies in the cafeteria (see the attached flyer).

DHBA Scholarship Application
The Dix Hills Basketball Association (DHBA) Scholarship is open to high school seniors who plan to further their education at a college/university or certified trade school.
Applications must be received by one of the current DHBA board members no later than Sunday, 18-March-2012.

Important dates coming up...
Happy New Year everyone! Please keep in mind the following important dates:
- Photo Weekend: 20th, 21st and 22 of January, 2012
- Winter Break: No games on the weekends of 17:19-Feb-2012 or 24:26-Feb-2012; no practices the week of 20-Feb-2012
- Intramural Playoffs: weekends of 9:11-Mar-2012 and 16:18-Mar-2012; playoff schedules will be posted soon.
- Instructional and Challenger "end of season" party: 10-Mar-2012
- Intramural Championship Day (BBQ and Trophy ceremony): 18-Mar-2012
