California District 24: 2010 PRE-Congress
2010 WESTERN REGIONAL PRE-CONGRESS
The DoubleTree Hotel at Ontario Airport will be the site of the 2010 Western Regional Pre-Congress. The dates of the conference will be January 8-10, 2010.
We can assure you that this will be a highly productive weekend. One hundred percent participation is necessary for this meeting to be successfull. As always, you are encouraged to bring your District Staff and even your League personnel. We hope you enjoy the meeting and we look forward to seeing you in Ontario, CA.
REGISTRATION:
If you choose to register for the conference online, please go to the district website at www.cadistrict24.com and click on the “Pre-Congress Tab” and then scroll down and click on the blue “Register Now” button. Note: If you choose to register online, the credit card processing fees, per person, are in addition to the registration fees. To avoid the additional processing fees, you can mail in your completed registration form, along with your check. Registration forms can be downloaded from the District 24 website.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A block of rooms have been reserved for January 7, 2010 - January 10, 2010 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, CA. The special room rate for the conference is $ 95.00 per night through December 8, 2009. The room block is offered from Thursday, 1/7/10 to Sunday, 1/10/10 but we are planning to start the conference activities with the division meetings on Friday afternoon (1/8/10) between 1:00p and 3:00p.The booking code is "CDL". For your convenience, the Double Tree offers free shuttle service to/from Ontario International Ariport and if you are driving, the hotel offers free parking.
