District 13 Softball: District 13 Softball News
2012 Senior / Big League Registrations are STILL OPEN!!!
This year District 13 will be continuing to offer Softball throughout the District to girls age 14 - 18. This division will be run by District 13 which means that the individual league boundaries will not affect a girls ability to play at this level. These divisions are open to ALL girls age 14-18 who live within ANY of the league boundaries within Little League District 13. If the league where you reside does not offer a Softball program, you ARE still eligible to sign up and play.
The cost for this program is $120.00 per player which will cover the costs of fields, uniforms, and umpires. Each player should have their own glove and cleats. If this is not possible, please contact Aaron Kelly at D13Softball@Gmail.com to see about possible league donations. The league will play the majority for thier games throughout the district. At the end of the regular season, girls will be eligible to try out for the District 13 Softball All-Star Teams after having met the Little League requirements for participation.
The deadline for Registration is May 25, 2012. All games will be scheduled after the completion of the IHSA Softball Season so all High School Players are eligible to play. Please email Aaron Kelly at D13Softball@Gmail.com with any questions about this program.
