District 13 Softball follows the Little League Softball Rule Book, also known as the "Orange Book". However, there are some additional rules that have been implemented for each of the divisions. Please make sure to read the current years rules to ensure that you and your teams comply.

Individually chartered Little Leagues who have Softball programs face a number of situations that may require special attention. Whether it is due to a player injury, property damage, or simply league management; the below resources are available to help each league deal with these situations.
