Use the Request Chit form to submit requests for uniform supplies, courses, exams, and ribbon awards.

Color Guard Log
Use the Color Guard log to keep record of the color guard details attended. Once a cadet serves on ten color guard details, the cadet is eligible for the Color Guard Ribbon.

Community Service Log
Use the Community Service log to track hours performing community service. Once a cadet completes 40 hours of valid community service, the cadet is eligible for the Community Service Ribbon.
