To whom it may concern;
We the members of The Detroit Titans are an outstanding youth organization looking to touch the lives of young men and women in a positive way, by keeping them physically active, mentally challenge, and spiritually motivated through the exciting activity of football and cheerleading.
We are a top competing team that have highly skilled and championship winning coaches. We are affiliated with Pop-Warner National organization and have several teams that have competed and placed in local, regional and nationals competitions both on the football and cheerleading levels. Each one of us is volunteers and put 100% in this organization to make it a success. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the young people in our organization and are challenged every year with the financial challenges of ensuring that each child has the opportunity to play and compete at national levels.
It is for this cause that we are requesting your assistance to help us with a tax-exempt donation to ensure that yet another child can be apart of that great experience, called sports. As a vital part of this community we are hoping that your heart is touched to help your community, your city and/or state by assisting an organization whose main goals are to mold and mentor great youths for our future.
Each year we spend thousands for equipment, uniforms, insurance, and traveling and this only touches the surface. Our main source of income is registration fees, donations, sponsorships and fundraising.
So you see we can only exist from generous companies like yours. Please keep in mind that all donations are 100% deductible and an honorable mention will be noted at our annual banquet at the end year. Please keep in mind that not only is a mind a terrible thing to waist but an idol mind is the devils workshop. Help us, Help our kids stay active and out trouble.
