Spring 2012 Soccer Registration

Registration is open to all players with birthdays from 8/1/1998 to 7/31/2006.

Cost is $65.00 per child or $130.00 maximum per family. 

The Sign-up Deadline for the 2012 Spring Soccer Season is February 9th.

All registrations received after the deadline will have a $10.00 Late Fee added.

Late Sign-ups are not guaranteed a position on a team.

*Request made for specific team placement or coaches cannot be guaranteed.

Referees

New and returning referees will be required to complete an on-line course and attend one of the classes below.

Passers Certification (new and existing referees must attend one of these classes)

       -Sunday, March 11th - 1:00pm-4:00pm

       -Sunday, March 18th - 4:00pm-7:00pm

Wings and Above Recertification (must attend one of these classes)

       -Sunday, March 11th - 4:00pm-7:00pm

       -Sunday, March 18th - 1:00pm-4:00pm

Coaches, Referees, and Board Members before the season begins you will need to fill out the Risk Management Form located at www.cincinnatihillssaysoccer.org.
