The Lady Demons is a competitive program geared towards preparing players for the high school, and hopefully someday, the college level. "Winning" is our goal, but winning the right way, with dignity and sportsmanship. Working together towards a common goal and achieving it, that is the "Lady Demons way".

The Mission of the Lady Demons is to provide young athletes the opportunity to learn life lessons of commitment, dedication, integrity, loyalty, focus, and teamwork using softball as a vehicle to realize these principles.  We strive to provide a positive and fun environment in which girls can be challenged to improve their physical and mental game, play with other girls who have the same desire to work hard and compete, and who are willing to be part of a team environment in which individual glory comes along with, but secondary to, team accomplishment.
