There is still time to register for West Davenport Little League. We offer coach pitch,minors and majors baseball divisions(this covers ages 5-12 as of May 1st) along with minors,majors,junior/senior girls fastpitch softball divisions(this covers ages 6-18 as of Jan 1st).

Please print out the 2010 Player Registration Form,and the 2010 Medical Release Form,fill them out and send along with Proof of Residency,Proof of age and payment to:

2010 Player Registration Form:
Complete a Player Registration form; know your child’s shirt size and favorite jersey numbers as well as the parents email address if you have it.

Proof of Residency:

Little League rules require that players live within the boundaries of the local league they are attached to. Refer to the map under the "Handouts" section and confirm your child’s residence is within the West Little League boundaries. Then mail copies of three documents verifying residency. These documents can be a parent’s drivers license, voter ID, utility bill, school records, etc. that confirm your home address.

Proof of Age:

Provide a photo copy of your child’s official Certificate of Birth.
