Registration Dates:

• Sunday, December 6, 2009 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (early registration discount)
• Saturday, January 9, 2010 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Sunday, January 10, 2010 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Monday, January 11, 2010 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

The Following are Required for Registration: 

• Three (3) Separate Checks Early Registration Donation (December) -
  
  • $185 ($135 for each additional sibling) or Standard Donation (January) - $195 ($145 for each additional sibling)
    
  • Snack Stand Deposit - $150
    
  • Uniform Deposit - $50

• Medical Insurance Information (physician’s name, phone number, insurance provider)
• Copy of Player’s Birth Certificate (new players)
• Proof of Residence 

Registration is open to boys and girls ages 5 – 12 years old, born between May 1, 1997 and April 30, 2005 (A tee will be made available, in the PC division, if needed) 

Tryout Dates:

• January 16, 2010
• January 17, 2010
• January 23, 2010* (if needed*)
