Auxiliary Board Openings for the 2010 Season

Registrar
Handles all aspects of the registration database, data entry,
printing of registration forms, collection of forms & distribution
to division commissioners, etc.
Golf Tournament Chairperson
Plans, schedules, and directs next year's event.
Old Timers Game Chairperson
(currently filled by a Board member)
Handles all aspects of Old Timers Game
Volunteer Co-Ordinator
This person would recruit and schedule volunteers for those activities
and events that require help beyond the number of Board members
Would gather a pool of parents from registrations to draw from
for such activities such as:
Registration Day: Cashiers; T-Shirt Sales
Tryouts: Sign-In, T-Shirt Sales, Event Promotion, Tryout assistance
Would work closely with other Auxillary Board Members
to coordinate volunteers
Picture Day Co-Ordinator
(currently filled by two shetland moms)
Would coordinate with PD photographers the team and individual photos. Organize teams in orderly fashion, volunteers to collect envelopes,
put picture packets together and present at manager/team parent meetings, schedule & handle make-up PD.
Board Member will handle team scheduling for that day
Yearbook Co-Ordinator
(filled by Al Curtis)
Would gather team pictures from PD co-ordinator, team rosters from Registrar, action photos, etc. for printer,
ask local businesses to advertise in yearbook to cover costs and/or make a profit, distribute yearbooks to teams.
Fundraiser Chairperson
Would plan, schedule, and direct this a fundraiser event.
Auction Basket Co-Ordinator
Would co-ordinate the assigning of themes, gathering of baskets,
delivery to event. Would work closely with Casino Night Chairperson
Family Fun Day Chairperson
Would handle all aspects of FFD.
Ordering of games, volunteers, decorations, prizes,
reserving bounce house, entertainment, food, etc.
FFD Team Competition
(currently filled by a Board member)
Would handle all aspects of team competitions
Divisional Team Moms
Would co-ordinate all emails, snack bar schedules. volunteers, etc. from their division.
Would work closely with Volunteer Co-Ordinator
